Reorder Your Personal or Business Checks Online!

   


Windsor Federal Savings in collaboration with our check printer, Clarke American enables you to reorder your personal or business checks online.

In order to use this check order method called Check Reorder Express®;

  • You must be an existing Windsor Federal Savings personal or business checking account customer.

  • Your check order must be a reorder of a prior Clarke American check order that has been placed within the last 30 months.  You may change the check style but the name and address information on the checks must remain the same.

  • Your check order will be delivered to the same address that appears on your checks.

If you need to make name or address changes to your check order or to have your checks delivered to an alternative address, please contact our Customer Service Department at (860) 688-8511.  The hours of our Customer Service Department are Monday through Wednesday, 8:00am – 5:00pm; Thursday and Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm; and Saturday 8:00am – 12:00pm.

What information do I need to enter into Check Reorder Express® when reordering my checks?

Check Reorder Express® will prompt you to enter:  

  • The Windsor Federal Savings’ Routing and Transit Number which is 211170237.
  • Your account number as printed on the bottom of your existing checks.

Why should I place my check reorder through Check Reorder Express®?

All check reorders and checkbook accessories are the same cost regardless of whether the order is placed online through Check Reorder Express® or through our branch offices or our Customer Service Department.  However, Check Reorder Express® is a convenient, easy way to order your checks or checkbook accessories 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When you use Check Reorder Express®, you can:

  • Order checks and/or checkbook accessories;
  • Select the shipping method for your purchase;
  • Obtain the cost of your checks and/or checkbook accessories prior to submitting the order;
  • Print a “confirmation page” providing you with a record of your purchase;
  • Monitor the status of your order by using the “Check My Order Status” function in Check Reorder Express®.

How do I pay for my check reorder or purchase of other checkbook accessories?

Once you have submitted your order through Check Reorder Express®, the purchase amount will be charged directly to your checking account as usual.

Once I have completed my session in Check Reorder Express®, how do I return to the Windsor Federal Savings website?

Click on the “Exit” button in Check Reorder Express® to return to the Windsor Federal Savings website.
