Sign
up for eStatements through our eDocument Delivery Service and you will
never want paper statements again!!!
To
sign-up for eStatements you must be enrolled in online banking (WinOnLine).
If
you are not already enrolled in WinOnLine, click
here to complete and submit the enrollment form for processing. Once
your enrollment form has been processed and you have successfully
accessed WinOnLine with your Sign-On ID and Password, you will simply
click on the blue "eDocuments" button located in the middle of
the main "Accounts" page of WinOnLine. You will then be
presented with the "eDocuments User Agreement" for your review
and acceptance. Once you have read this Agreement and clicked on the
"Accept" button at the bottom of the Agreement, your
"primary" statement accounts that appear on the main
"Accounts" page of WinOnLine will automatically be converted
to eStatements and you will have immediate access to more than 3 1/2
years of account statements for those accounts including front and back
images of all paid checks. Please read the information provided below
for further details about eStatements.
What
is the eDocument Delivery Service and how will it benefit me?
The
eDocument Delivery Service enables you to receive your account
statements online through our WinOnLine Internet Banking and Bill
Payment Service instead of receiving paper statements through the mail.
When you enroll in the eDocument Delivery Service, your enrolled
account statements will be available online the day after the statement
cycle date instead of arriving in the mail from 5 to 7 calendar days
after the cycle date. You
can access your account statements 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from
anywhere in the world provided that you have access to the Internet.
If you are on vacation or otherwise away from your residence, you
will no longer need to worry about the theft of account statements from
your mailbox.
Is
there a fee for the eDocument Delivery Service?
No.
The eDocument Delivery Service is a free service of our WinOnLine
Internet Banking and Bill Payment Service.
There is no enrollment fee and no fees for receiving your
documents such as your periodic account statements electronically.
Once you enroll in the eDocument Delivery Service, all documents
provided electronically will no longer be produced on paper and sent to
you by postal mail.
Is
the eDocument Delivery Service secure?
The
eDocument Delivery Service is accessed through our WinOnLine Internet
Banking and Bill Payment Service. We
use 128-bit encryption, Secure Socket Layer 3.0(SSL) for all
communications including transactions, eDocument delivery, and use of
the “Mail Box” function within the system.
This is currently the highest level of security available for
Internet transactions. Your
online account information is available through access methods that have
been rigorously tested for security accessibility.
Only you can access your account information when you use the
proper combination of your Sign-On ID and Password and have been
authenticated by our Multi-Factor Authentication Solution which employs
a combination of Digital Certificates and Challenge Questions.
Please be careful to keep all Sign-On and authentication
information secure and always sign-off as soon as you have completed
your WinOnLine transactions.
How
do I enroll in the eDocument Delivery Service?
When
you click on the “eDocuments” button on the main “Accounts” page
of WinOnLine for the first time, you will be presented with the
“eDocument User Agreement”. Once
you have read this Agreement and clicked on the “Accept” button at
the bottom of the Agreement, you will automatically be enrolled in the
eDocument Delivery Service.
What
does enrollment in the eDocument Delivery Service mean?
Enrollment
means that when you “Accept” the “eDocument User Agreement”, you
have consented to receive all account statements that are produced for
“primary” statement accounts that appear on the “Accounts” page
of WinOnLine now or in the future through the eDocument Delivery
Service. This automatically
includes any other account statements that are combined on the same
statement with these “primary” statement accounts whether or not
these other accounts have been added to the “Accounts” page in
WinOnline. (A “primary”
account is the first account that appears on any account statement and
usually is a checking account but may also be a statement savings, money
market or certificate of deposit account).
In
order to utilize the eDocument Delivery Service must all of my
“primary” statement accounts appearing on the WinOnLine
“Accounts” page be enrolled in the eDocument Delivery Service?
Yes.
The eDocument Delivery Service was designed to function in this
manner. Whenever you add
accounts to or delete accounts from WinOnLine using the “Add” or
“Delete” buttons on the top of the “Accounts” page in WinOnLine,
the next time that you click on the “eDocuments” button in
WinOnLine, the eDocument Delivery Service automatically compares the
accounts appearing on the WinOnLine “Accounts” page with the
accounts enrolled in the eDocument Delivery Service and will update the
accounts enrolled in the eDocument Delivery Service as appropriate.
How
can I determine which accounts are “primary” statement accounts
enrolled in the eDocument Delivery Service?
When
you click on the “eDocuments” button on the “Accounts” page of
WinOnLine, you will be taken to the “Welcome” page of the eDocument
Delivery Service. All of
your “primary” statement account numbers enrolled in the eDocument
Delivery Service will be listed under the heading in the blue bar
entitled “Documents”. These
account statements will be identical in content to any individual or
combined account statement that you currently receive by postal mail.
If
I would like to receive paper statements instead of eDocuments
for some but not all of my primary statement account(s) in
WinOnLine, while still retaining the ability to access these
accounts online in order to obtain account balances, review
account transaction activity, view images of paid checks,
transfer funds and/or pay bills online, what do I do?
Regardless
of whether you have already enrolled in or are about to enroll in the
eDocument Delivery Service, the procedure will be the same.
If you have multiple accounts enrolled in the WinOnLine Internet
Banking and Bill Payment Service but want to receive eDocuments for some
but not all of your accounts, do the following.
Using the “Delete” button on the top of the “Accounts”
page in WinOnLine, delete the accounts for which you would like to
receive a paper statement. Important!
Once you have deleted these accounts from WinOnLine, you must
click on the “eDocuments” button on the “Accounts” page in
WinOnLine and retrieve the “Welcome” page in the eDocument Delivery
Service. This action will
automatically update your accounts that are enrolled in the eDocument
Delivery Service and the deleted accounts will generate a paper
statement at the next statement cycle date.
Then, if you would like to retain the ability to access these
deleted accounts online in order to obtain account balances, review
transaction activity, view images of paid checks, transfer funds and/or
pay bills, go to www.windsorfederal.com
and complete a second WinOnLine enrollment with a “Sign-On ID” that
is separate and unique from your other “Sign-On ID”.
This will enable you to receive eDocuments on some accounts under
the first “Sign On ID” and paper statements under the second “Sign
On ID”.
If
I have previously enrolled in the eDocument Delivery Service but for any
reason, I wish to cancel my use of this Service and instead receive
paper statements via postal mail for all of my primary statement
accounts, how do I make this request?
Please
send us an email with this request using the “Mail Box” function in
WinOnLine. Your access to the eDocument Delivery Service will end
within two (2) business days after we receive your request.
What
types of eDocuments will be available through the eDocument Delivery
Service?
Currently,
all checking, statement savings, money market account and certificate of
deposit account statements appearing on the “Accounts” page of
WinOnLine can be enrolled in the eDocument Delivery Service.
In the future, we are hoping to provide online access through the
eDocument Delivery Service to other types of documents such as loan
bills, notices and periodic disclosures.
How
many months of account statements and if applicable, images of paid
checks will be available through the eDocument Delivery Service?
Since
January 1, 2005
, all account statements and images of paid checks that have been
produced have been made available within the eDocument Delivery Service.
As a result, as of June, 2008, up to forty-two (42) months or
three and one half (3 ½) years of account statements and images of paid
checks are available through the Service.
Will
I be notified when an account statement is available through the
eDocument Delivery Service?
Yes.
Generally, our business account statements are produced on the
last business day of the month and our personal account statements are
produced on the 5th of the month or if the 5th of
the month is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, on the prior business day.
When one or more account statements have been produced and are
available through the eDocument Delivery Service, the Service will send
a notification email to the email address that you have recorded in the
“Options” area of WinOnLine. For
security reasons, this email will include your name but not your account
number.
How
do I update my email address in WinOnLine and the eDocument Delivery
Service, in order for my “Your Statement is Ready” emails to be
delivered to the correct email address?
When
you need to update WinOnLine and the eDocument Delivery Service with a
new email address, click on the main menu button entitled “Options”
in WinOnLine, change your email address and then click on the
“Continue” button at the bottom of the screen.
Important! Once
you have changed your email address in WinOnLine, in order for your
email address to also be updated in the eDocument Delivery Service, you
must click on the “eDocuments” button on the “Accounts” page of
WinOnLine and retrieve the “Welcome” page in the eDocument Delivery
Service. This action will
automatically update your email address in the eDocument Delivery
Service.
Can
I access images of paid checks from my account statement in the
eDocument Delivery Service or do I need to return to the “Register”
in WinOnLine in order to access these images?

that are archived in the eDocument Delivery Service as well as from the
“Register” in WinOnLine. When

the desired check # appearing in blue and both the front and back of the

top center of the page.
If
you would like to print a paper version of just one of your check
images, scroll down your statement until you reach the area where each
check is listed that was paid during the statement cycle.
When you click on any “blue” check number, the image of the
front and back of the check will appear on the screen.
Click on “File”, then “Print”.

I store my eDocuments in a

paid checks. When necessary,
