WINDSOR, CONN., October 29, 2024 – Windsor Federal Bank, headquartered in Windsor, Connecticut, is proud to announce the appointment of Scott Frazer as Vice President, Healthcare Banking Program Manager.
“Windsor Federal is pleased to welcome Scott and add to our repertoire of lending capabilities, a dedicated healthcare lending program for our local dentists, ophthalmologists, medical doctors, and even veterinarians.,” said Mike Moriarty, Chief Lending Officer. “In speaking with our local healthcare providers, we found there to be a real desire for a local banking option in that space. We are honored to bring on board Scott, a lender with extensive, related experience, to spearhead the implementation of this program.”
Before beginning his career in banking, Scott worked in the healthcare industry for 14 years, providing him with a unique perspective on the challenges that healthcare providers face. Since 2009, he has enjoyed consulting with providers on their lending and cash management needs to overcome those challenges and grow their organizations.
“In the same way that their patients expect personalized care, our community healthcare professionals deserve the same dedicated service from their financial institution,” said Scott Frazer. “I am excited to join a true community bank and to deliver that experience.”
Scott is passionate about his work in the healthcare industry. He is a founding member of the Risk Management Association’s Healthcare Steering Committee as well as the Connecticut Health Council. Scott holds an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems and an emphasis in Healthcare from Western New England University.
