Windsor Federal’s specialty Healthcare Banking Program, the latest addition to its well-rounded repertoire of business lending solutions, provides dedicated banking services for healthcare providers.

In 2024, Windsor Federal Bank brought aboard industry veteran Scott Frazer as Vice President, Healthcare Banking Program Manager, to drive the development of the program. Before beginning his career in banking, Scott worked in the healthcare industry for more than 10 years, providing him with a unique perspective on the challenges that healthcare providers face. Since 2009, he has enjoyed consulting with providers on their lending and cash management needs to overcome those challenges and grow their organizations.
