Kortney Holland has been promoted to AVP, Customer Care Center/ITM Manager. Kortney recently celebrated her 13th Win-versary and in her time with the Bank, she has been instrumental in improving Windsor Federal’s electronic banking services. Kortney has taken part in numerous electronic banking rollouts of new products and services, including designing the onboarding process for our e-Open and i-Open customers. In her new role, Kortney will be overseeing the introduction of ITMs to our community and will manage the Bank’s new Customer Care Center at 270 Broad Street, building a new team that will include Customer Care/ITM and CX Console users. Additionally, Kortney will serve as a lead coordinator in the delivery of the Bank’s new Financial Wellness Resource program to our communities. Kortney graduated from Cambridge College Summa Cum Laude with a B.S in Social Entrepreneurship this past June. She is also a 2021 graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management (CSFM).
Julie Potter has been promoted to AVP, Deposit Operations Officer. She also recently celebrated a Win-versary, having joined the Bank in 2021. With over 20 years of previous operations and customer service experience under her belt, Julie is a proven effective leader who possesses strong supervisory skills as well as strong operations and audit knowledge. She was promoted to Customer Care Officer in 2022. Recognized for her mentorship, Julie is instrumental in keeping department procedures updated and cross-trains team members to ensure efficient operations internally and consistency in standards of customer service. Julie and her team will be responsible for cash management product and service support, including Positive Pay and online business account setups. Additionally, she will perform product updates and reviews.
