Windsor Federal Bank Welcomes Jason White as EVP, Chief Operations & Innovation Officer

Windsor Federal Bank, headquartered in Windsor, Connecticut, is proud to announce the appointment of Jason White as Executive Vice President, Chief Operations and Innovation Officer.


With a proven track record of driving transformational innovation and fostering operational efficiency, White brings a wealth of experience and a collaborative leadership style to Windsor Federal Bank’s executive team. Throughout his 25-year career, he has demonstrated a remarkable ability to identify and leverage emerging trends and technologies to optimize operations and create value.

As the former Chief Information Officer at a bank with over $12 billion in assets, White led transformative projects, implementing industry-specific solutions that drove growth and technological innovation. In his role at Windsor Federal Bank, Jason will lead and support the Bank’s Operations, Risk, Information Technology, Retail, and Digital Transformation teams.

He has served on American Bankers Association’s Endorsed Solutions Advisory Council, COCC’s Strategic Development Council, and FIS’s Strategic Planning Advisory Council.
