Windsor Federal Team Members Among First to Graduate from Connecticut Bankers Association’s ASPIRE Leadership Academy

Windsor Federal Bank is proud to share that Samantha LeVasseur, VP, Director of Human Resources and Zach Ramalho, Branch Officer, recently graduated from the Connecticut Bankers Association’s first class of the ASPIRE Leadership Academy!

Advancing the Skills, Passion, Impact, & Resiliency of Emerging Leaders – Samantha and Zach were among 29 talented Banking professionals chosen from across the state for this unique 12-month program, which was designed to develop and enhance the leadership skills of highly motivated new and emerging leaders. Over the past year, students have received valuable instruction and insights, delivered by experts in their respective concentrations, providing them with the practical skills and knowledge to better understand their teams and lead effectively.
