Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! We would not stray from our commitment to community. We have Personal Bankers manning our ITMs, right from our Main Office in Windsor! In fact, they will likely be familiar faces to you, as they have been Personal Bankers at your favorite branches. They have the same expertise and provide the friendly, personalized service that you expect to receive inside of a branch lobby.

Yes; the ITM works as a regular ATM until you tap the button to talk to us.

We can cash a check to the exact amount, no deposit slip or envelope needed. Get started by inserting the check into the deposit slot when your Live Teller is ready. 

The machine will read and count each bill and will display the deposit amount on the screen for verification. If you have several bills, we recommend adding about 30 at a time.

 

Forget your debit card? No problem! You can provide your driver’s license as identification to the Live Teller.

Yes! We understand that not everyone can get to the bank within regular operating hours. Our Live Tellers are available to assist you with your financial needs via the ITMs with extended hours at all locations:

  • Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • The same local, friendly, personalized service that you would expect to receive inside a bank lobby – without having to leave your car! (Great for those bad-weather days or when you don’t want to get all the kids out of the car)!
