After joining the bank in the mid-2000s, Triston found his calling in residential mortgages. “It brings me joy knowing I can help my customers accomplish one of the biggest goals of their life: owning a home.” A self-described people person, Triston receives most of his referrals from past customers. Originally from Jamaica, he has lived in Windsor most of his life and earned a bachelor’s in business economics from Eastern Connecticut State University. He calls his two daughters his pride and joy and says the time he spends with them is “the drive that keeps me going.”

Jennifer is a customer-centric loan officer with an extensive background in the mortgage and real estate industries. Her mission is to guide her clients through the entire loan process, so they feel confident making choices about home financing. Aside from his current role, David has been the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act Officer since December 2018. He brings decades of experience in mortgage banking and finance, with a focus on compliance, business operations, business and product development, and project and risk management. Asked about his approach to life, he quotes Judy Blume: “Our fingerprints don’t fade from the lives we’ve touched.” David has touched lives in Ireland, England, and Cheshire, CT, and earned degrees in public policy, government communications, and international politics at City University of London and the University of Connecticut. He unwinds by exploring New England with his wife and four children and playing guitar for leisure and performance.
