Interest bearing savings accounts earn interest from day of deposit to day of withdrawal. Interest is accrued daily, compounded monthly and credited to the account monthly. We use the daily computation method to calculate the interest on all interest-bearing savings accounts. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. The Annual Percentage Yield assumes that all interest will remain on deposit for one (1) year at the stated interest rate. The interest rate on new and existing “Variable” rate accounts, as indicated above, may be subject to change at any time. Any fees assessed may reduce the earnings on the account.
