Business Team

Mike joined Windsor Federal in February 2023. As Chief Loan Officer, he oversees commercial and residential loans, bringing strong skills in management, business development, and credit to his work. Along with a BA in Finance from Merrimack College and an MBA from Western New England University, Mike is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Banking School. He also serves on the board of directors for the West Springfield Boys & Girls Club and Pathlight Inc.

Part of the team since 2017, Mike oversees business development and gets tremendous satisfaction from helping local businesses achieve success. A 30-year veteran of commercial banking in northern Connecticut and western Massachusetts, he excels at developing financial solutions to fit specific business needs. Mike holds a master’s degree in accounting from American International College as well as an undergraduate business degree from Bryant University. He lives in Suffield with his wife Kelly and their four kids. He’s happy to say that every member of his family shares his love of live music.

In addition to business development duties, Scott has served as a team leader and mentor to Windsor Federal commercial lenders and portfolio managers since 2019. He has an established reputation for excellence in community banking, having held positions as a Commercial Lender, Commercial Team Leader, Compliance Officer, and CRA & BSA Officer. Scott has a BS in Business Economics with a concentration in Finance from Southern Connecticut State University. His roots in the South Windsor community run three generations deep. He has served as a Rotarian, South Windsor Community Foundation board member, and as a corporator of Eastern Connecticut Health Network.

Anthony joined Windsor Federal Bank in 2004 after launching his career at Hartford National Bank in 1984. Having managed a 100-person manufacturing shop for 13 years “in a past life,” Anthony focuses his lending practice on manufacturers. He enjoys developing deep business and personal relationships with clients and takes great pride in “knowing he’s never lost a customer to another bank.” Anthony grew up in Windsor and holds a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Connecticut and a master’s from the University of Hartford.

Lisa started at Windsor Federal Bank in November 2001 as a part-time credit analyst. During her tenure at the Bank, she advanced to senior credit analyst, commercial portfolio manager, and eventually her current role as Community Association Lender. Lisa holds a BS in Economics and Finance from Bentley University.

Lynne joined the business team at Windsor Federal Bank in May 2008. Though her title changed as her responsibilities grew, she has always served as the bank’s cash management go-to. Her daily goal and ultimate source of satisfaction is “giving exceptional service to our customers”. She is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management.

Nathan started at Windsor Federal Bank in 2015 as Senior Credit Analyst before moving into the role of Commercial Portfolio Manager, and currently as Commercial Loan Officer. Nathan holds a degree in Audio Engineering from SAE Institute of Miami and a Master’s in Project Management from Granite State College.

A veteran of the banking industry in Connecticut and Massachusetts, Wayne joined Windsor Federal in September 2022. He values honesty and integrity and has built strong relationships with businesses across a wide spectrum of industries based on those values. Wayne also serves as a trustee at Bay Path University, a finance committee member at the Gandara Center, president of the Horace Smith Fund and a board member at his church. A graduate of the University of Hartford, Wayne is married with two children and enjoys golf and spending time with family and friends.

Before beginning his career in banking, Scott worked in the healthcare industry for 14 years, providing him with a unique perspective on the challenges that healthcare providers face. Since 2009, he has enjoyed helping providers to overcome those challenges and grow their organizations. Scott is passionate about his work in the healthcare industry. He is a founding member of the Risk Management Association’s Healthcare Steering Committee as well as the Connecticut Health Council. Scott holds an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems and an emphasis in Healthcare from Western New England University. He is a native of Bethel, CT and now lives in Longmeadow, MA where he enjoys spending time with his family, on the golf course, or in friendly competition on the pickleball court.

Anthony joined Windsor Federal Bank in 2017 and served as a Senior Credit Analyst for five years before moving into his current role. He attributes his prior role for honing his skills in credit analysis and loan structuring. Today, he draws on that skillset to determine the right financing to help local businesses and nonprofits succeed. Born and raised in Springfield, MA, Anthony earned an MBA from UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management. In addition to his work at the bank, he serves as an Engineer Officer in the Massachusetts Army National Guard.
